      Some of the people are great to work with and really care

      Many upper management problems. Paralysis by analysis and nothing is worked on to get better until it causes a big outage or is constantly on fire.

      The pay is very fair

      Until this company upgrades their systems, and replaces their trainer....I highly suggest avoiding this company. They make excuses for lack of efficient systems, the trainer has a nasty attitude that makes it near impossible to feel comfortable asking any questions. I desperately wanted to love this job...but I have lost all respect for it.
