Pros

Coworkers are smart and friendly people. Not the worst place ever. This form says I have to enter a minimum of 20 words but 12 was the best I could do for "pros" so here's another sentence.

Cons

No raises ever. Pays 15% below industry standard for all engineering positions, suspect other departments too. Management is a bunch of idiots (except for maybe 2 that have been here for a long time). Management has little respect for work/life balance, even ignoring or being oblivious to HR policies guaranteeing some rights to the employees.

Pros are paid holidays, different shift styles (split, 4x10). PTO and sick time, decent benefits

Cons

The customers are terrible, there are no raises and they give you minimal incentives to get more income.
