Decent pay, somewhat decent benefits

Cons

Absolutely no work life balance. The managers here expect you to work all the time, as if you’re paid a 6 figure salary, and it was in the job description. If you’re willing to give up every ounce of your free time, to never be able to plan anything ( ie. Expect having to take calls on evenings, weekends and often times even while on vacation ... yup.
