      Telecom company specializes in Fiber to Home services Video, Voice and Data . As a tech you receive company truck you can take home cell phone & Laptop. Company recently partnered with Blackstone investment. which is bringing a lot of growth.

      Cons

      New employees walk in the door making more You do receive a quarterly bonus base on your analytical numbers which management pushes for you to meet. Hi insurance deductible. Unfortunately, no room for advancement in field operations must go to a different department. for pay increase.

      Pros

      The culture of the company puts people first. It starts at the top, the CEO sets the tone and all of the leadership follow her example. I truly feel that my boss wants to do everything he can to help me be successful. I have never had the amount of support with any other company for which I have worked.

      Cons

      The only con that I had was how mileage was tracked, However, the company took our concerns into consideration and changed the policy.
