Pros

You do get a lot of hands on tech support work once you are a technical support and above. Otherwise, you are low man on the totem pole and have to deal with ALOT of BS.

Cons

Poorly managed field operations. A lot of unprofessional employees who have no idea what they are doing. Management/Supervisors who are only there to make sure the "numbers" look good to the executives. They don't care about the employees, only for themselves. Outdated equipment.

Switched Insurance Companies Higher Payment, "No Salary Raises as promised", The seem to only promote from outside sources, Supervisors know what they are doing. Its turned into a large company but doing business like a small company..
