Pros

Everyone at the company supported a healthy work/life balance. Management was very understanding when time off was taken for family or health reasons. .

Cons

As with any construction company the summer if very busy with deadlines being met while contending with weather and other unknowns. Overall all everyone at Houck came together to help project work for the customer.

Pros

They offer steady work, Good benefit package and the best equipment to perform your job. They are the best roofing company in the central Pa area hands down. Plenty of room to grow with these guys they like to hire management and supervisors from the pool of employees they have. The other departments are Masonry restoration and the metal shop I don't know much about but I'm sure its the same situation for those folks.

Cons

Its construction work !!!
