Pros

Wonderful people, great corporate structure, and a really great environment to work in. People take their work seriously and also are really enjoyable to be around. The atmosphere makes everyone feel valued, and it's truly a great company to work for.

Cons

The only negative thing I can say is that Houston is a warm city. Get used to the weather if you are signing up to work for the Astros.

Pros

Directors are vey upbeat. Good office culture

Cons

Hours are very long in season. On average 60 per week if not more. Very low pay, most people never hit their goal for commission. If they do the season is pretty much over and you start to sell for the next season leaving you with your base salary. *DO NOT TAKE THIS JOB UNLESS YOU ARE RIGHT OUT OF COLLEGE WITH LOW BILLS*
