Pros

You get to work in professional sports, which can be exciting if that’s your passion. It’s a well-known organization, and the experience can be valuable for your resume.

Cons

The workplace culture is extremely toxic, with widespread gossip, dishonesty, and bullying. It was really obvious so many people are unhappy with coworkers talking about leaving often. I have seen multiple coworkers in tears due to the stress and pressure of this environment. Leadership provides little to no direction, leaving employees feeling lost and unsupported. The work hours are relentless, with weekends being the norm rather than the exception. The high turnover rate speaks for itself—people leave as soon as they can. Management fosters a cutthroat environment where trust is nonexistent, and backstabbing is common. If you value work-life balance and professional integrity, this is not the place for you.
