Excellent benefits and 2 months time off in a year owing to college holidays (spring & winter break) Pleasant work environment

Cons

Lots of red tape & bureaucracy. Upper Management is clueless about the technical nature of IT projects, but still take technical decisions. Projects move very slowly

Professional environment, friendly hardworking staff at all levels, excellent facility. Excellent variety of resources available to staff for accomplishing work objectives.

Cons

Must be proactive in researching and obtaining information needed to complete tasks or assignments. Do not be afraid to over communicate.

Supervisors do not give enough feedback (positive or negative), communication problems (not being able to get essential information efficiently, students can be rude and disrespectful
