      Pros

      CEO is a physician that uses his hands-on experience to understand what it takes to succeed in healthcare. The company understands the value in taking profit losses in a quarter in order to make employees feel valued. We don't get rewards like pizza parties or lunch pails; Dr. Boom will put cash in your pockets. The company listens to what employees want. PTO accumulation is generous, benefits are great, and there are so many resources available to employees.

      Cons

      The size of some of the departments can result in processes taking longer than expected, especially when some projects depend on many departments contributing.

      Good community, occasional surprises from leadership.

      Cons

      Worst HR I’ve ever experienced. Onboarding can be like sending a message in a bottle. I’ve been misled by them and many of their policies are terrible.
