      great benefits random bonuses pay raises occasionally The CEO Marc Boom has a great rep with the employees

      Cons

      Management does not display care values for employees, mainly those working in the lower levels. Basement workers (housekeeping, transport services, food service) get the worse treatment, no respect! Will not work with school schedule if you are a student

      the research institute has quite good environment, postdoc and other lower level researchers are generally nice

      Cons

      very mean leadership, taking advantage of students and postdocs, not supportive professor leadership in research, exploit student's hardwork for their own advancement or job security. Even professors fight among themselves
