      Cons

      Not as much room for growth like they promise. Once in a position it's yours unless you vocally admit to wanting to move forward. Hard work isn't recognized all that much.

      good benefit, nice facility, excellent gym and cafeteria and a lot money for research activity. Postdocs have benefit as employee. big name scientists.

      Cons

      bureaucracy as a research institute. The structure of research team is not good. Too many people hanging around without doing anything.
