      Clinical side is excellent and CEO is good, avoid international and wellness

      Pros

      Good benefits, decent salary, and good clinical professionals. Very good doctors. CEO of the system is a good person, good doctor, and strong leader. Good culture in most areas.

      Cons

      Because so many of the senior leaders go from being administrative fellows to leadership, the management team at VP levels and above is sometimes not well trained or diverse and experienced. No strategic planning at all. There are some pockets of truly horrible places to work, like the international, wellness, and business development teams.
