      Pros

      They have great marketing, and the environment is better than other hospitals (which isn't saying much)

      Cons

      I have never experienced a more toxic and superficial culture than the Houston Methodist PO. Leadership is very toxic and it trickles down. The pay is lower compared to other institutions because they know they can recruit easily. Unrealistic goals and deadlines, the infrastructure is awful. Spare yourself. You've been warned.
