      compensation and benefits are good

      Cons

      Leadership doesn't support, all negative things are magnified, no recognition, they did everything to push me out even though I had outstanding performance review. I worked 45-50 hours weekly skipping my lunch break and working weekends to help team catch up. None of this was notice and it all went unappreciated.

      Care a lot about patient satisfaction and employees and leaders are expected to satisfy the patients, even though the expectations is not realistic some time

      Thank you for working with Houston Methodist Sugar Land Hospital for over six years and for the 5-star review! Our culture and total rewards are just a few of the reasons why people stay with our organization. After a job offer is accepted, candidates will be screened for drug and tobacco use, including nicotine gum and patches. If a candidate tests positive for nicotine, the job offer will be rescinded. However, individuals can participate in a free Houston Methodist tobacco cessation program and reapply 90 days after the rescinded offer.
