      It's better than being unemployed

      Cons

      Greedy. They nickel and dime staff. The company was worth over 7 BILLION in 2022 and continues to grow. But send stupid surveys to see what they can do to compensate for paying lower wages. They run on reputation and that's running out.

      not well-versed on project management and the industry. many departments using their project managers as administrative assistants.
