      Pros

      Benefits are very good. Leaderships is also very good. Work life balance is fair.

      Cons

      Organization is very flat. Unfortunately only the favorites get promoted. Nice place to work, but if you have aspirations, you'll have to go elsewhere.

      Pros

      good work life balance. PACU is not very stressful. The patients are mostly pleasant. The company is the best to work for with competitive pay and great benefits and bonuses.

      Cons

      In PACU when we have low census we get flexed off having to use PTO or no pay. Which has happened more recently now for 2 years using up to 4 hours PTO weekly to make 36
