      Pros

      An excellent place to work> They have a lot of continuing education programmes. Safe nurse-patient ratio. Ensure that employees have adequate resources. They look after their employees and at the same time ensure that their patients get the best care. Best place I have ever worked.

      Cons

      Tuition reimbursement could be higher. Too much out of pocket for health insurance.
