      Pros

      Laid back environment, respectful, feels valued as an employee. Alot of companies could learn from Methodist. This isa huge hospital system that has retained employees because they allow employees to feel valued and treated with respect. Many companies just think they should treat employees like manual labor because they are paying them and have alot of loss revenue because of it.
