Pros

Patients and most coworkers are amazing

Cons

Lower management felt as though they were above all and upper management did nothing to mitigate the issue. Even though they knew it was causing a cultural crisis within the clinic.

Pros

Schedule Most patients are very appreciative of your work

Cons

Low pay for the amount of effort you have to put forth daily . There is constantly equipment not working causing multiple extra steps to complete tasks. Constant nagging from management for extra meetings and are not flexible when scheduling mandatory classes When patients are verbally aggressive they are extremely hands off . Standard of care is not the same depending on who is working causing patients to question care. You will provide private patient care in open areas with no regard for hippa. If you express to management you’re uncomfortable with this you are told “ that’s just how it is “
