      Pros

      More money at night, ICU & ER experience, a lot of walking to and fro (big hospital) but it is great exercise!! I average 5 miles a day.

      Cons

      Heavy assignments at night & not well staffed. Slam you with new assignments & possibly a whole new set of patients at the 4-hours in shift change & never know where they are going to put you until last minute.
