      Pros

      Very pleasant atmosphere. Teamwork is a vital part of the environment here. Good nurse to patient ratio. Staff looks out for employees.

      Dont like all the extra paperwork that seems to be redundant

      Pros

      This company really values it's employee and it shows. Employees get quarterly incentives and offer great benefits as well.

      Cons

      Hard to move up the chain. Would have to apply for a higher position to be promoted versus moving up ladder.
