      They try to follow their policy ICARE but not for everyone

      Cons

      The research institute HR is kind of a racist person and can't rely in case you have complains about someone. Possibilities are the table might be turned over you and you can loose the job. They say welfare of patients first and employees next but never stick to the logo.

      Good benefits. Average Pay. Good physicians.

      Cons

      High turnover rate and constantly under-staffed. Never enough nurses or PCA's. Staff and patient safety was compromised due to constant understaffing. I definitely do not recommend this company.
