      They really value patient care over anything else.

      Do not utilize techs or PTAs in outpatient clinics so it is sometimes difficult to treat a patient requiring >mod assist

      many bonuses for all employees, the patients

      Cons

      management has set up rules of their own that prevent you from transferring to other departments within the hospital, beyond strict policies(you cannot be more than 1 minute late, no excuses), a lot of favoritism, huge turnover rate in this department
