      its a big place and it keeps you busy all the time.

      Cons

      no matter how great you think you are, the management team will find ways to get you fired once they dont need you. its very political. They have ICARE values that dont exist.

      Management is unethical, uneducated and refuses to follow ICARE guidelines. TMHPO is not a family oriented division of TMHS. RUN from CV Surgery and Cardiology. (Mgmt changed 4x's within 5 yrs)
