      I Care Values help to structure your growth with the company. Methodist creates a direction for creativity and action. The energy that flows through this hospital system is goal and vision generated. ASK, Believe, and Receive.

      It sounds good on your resume.

      Cons

      If you aren't a doctor, nurse, or manager, you aren't rewarded for hard work. Parking is horrible, you park in a remote lot and ride metro in. Bonuses were rewarded with a $100 gift card to Krogers. You have to pay for your own insurance and pay to see the company doctor. Company is so large you are lost in it. Crimes have happened and nobody cares. Shady management. Ethnic groups are favored. EEOC laws were being broken when I was there.
