      Good place to work, better than most

      Pros

      Bonuses, decent benefit package. Fairly good job security. Executive leadership pretty fair & compassionate, though expectations high. Family oriented depending on department and relatively friendly environmemt.

      Cons

      Does not provide enough PTO, so not much time off and work-life balance not great. Employees pay own insurance premiums and a good amount more to go out of network, so puts a significant dent in salary.
