This motivates everything they do and the quality of care is diminished as a result. Many of the perks are being slowly dismantled. Bonus structures are changing, too. It is too cutthroat. Some of the other postings here mention that directors, managers, etc are selected based on their degrees rather than experience. I find it ridiculous to put someone in charge of an entire department when they have NO medical or clinical experience but they get the job because they have an MBA. CLUELESS! I am looking for another position. I am also tired of my manager telling everyone they should be thankful they have a job. Companies should be thankful they have intelligent, hardworking people.
