Pros
I enjoy working for one of the best hospitals in Texas! One pro of working here at Houston Methodist is that the leadership is excited to invest in their employees educational efforts. My direct manager truly wants to see his direct reports grow, especially those that already have the desire to grow professionally.
Cons
It is difficult to transfer to a different entity within the Houston Methodist system, so if you are interested in working here please try to get hired on within the hospital that you see your self working at for a long time.
