Pros

I learned a great deal here. The organization values learning aptitude over prior expertise, and if you demonstrate the willingness to grow, they hire you, train you, and help you upskill effectively. I was also fortunate to work with a very supportive team, and my Team Lead guided and encouraged me throughout my journey. The HR initiatives are engaging as well which adds to the positive work environment. Additionally, the management is open to allowing employees to explore their interests and sub-departments. Overall, it is a great place for professional growth and development.

Cons

There is nothing in particular that I dislike; however, the communication pipeline could be further refined. At times, due to the scale of the organization, certain tasks are conveyed initially but later undergo additional changes. A more streamlined and proactive communication process may help reduce revisions and improve overall clarity.
