Don't bother with this company if you have any ethics at all

Reimbursements are a nice perk, they cover internet and you can get free stuff from vendors
Cons
Senior Management is a corrupt system of the boys club who have been best friends with the CEO's son for many years so they think they can speak to anyone in any manner they want without any kick back from CEO. Don't agree with them and they will send you disciplinary form after another, don't ever sign one. They are big in the south but nobody cares who they are outside of that, you will spend your days as a sales person trying to convince people that they are a good company to work with, but a quote will take a month to process because of the high turn around of inside sales. Bunch of drunkards during company wide sales meeting in December. Amazing how much management and such will say when they don't think people record them, I personally know MANY people who have so much incriminating evidence on them if they ever leave. Also they make you sign a non compete once you get hired.
