You'll work with great people who've also been lured into a false sense of security. Sometimes you don't even have a bad day.

Cons

Nepotism, structural incompetence, void of critical thinking on the administrative level, predatory policies towards employees, and an overall lack of appreciation for hard work and entrepreneurship.

Everything. Restrooms, break area,and cafeteria were the worst along with poor management.
