Pros

Honestly not a one. Just horrible If I could rate them NEGATIVE I would.

Cons

Worst executive management ever. Micromanaged and tried to intimidate employees. Cheapest company I have ever worked at. Per diem was $35.00 a day and they nit picked every expense report. Would not pay more than 200 a night for hotels and I had a 2 night stay that was 385.00 but because one night was 201.22 they deducted the 1.22 from my expenses. They required sales to go and "drop in" to hospitals even during high Covid times and wanted a receipt in every town you stopped in to "prove you were there." Higher ups are either family or "adopted family" in fact one high up was best friends with an owner and that's the only reason he has the job and the ONLY job he's ever had and he is the worst of the worst... actually puts EVERY sales person on a performance improvement plan during their first year so he could use it against them if he ever wanted to get rid of them. I only stayed because of a personal situation I was dealing with otherwise I would have left after the first week. So g;ad I am now gone!!!

Pros

The nice thing is they give you a lot of overtime which adds up over time. The pay is reasonable but could probably be higher to be more competitive with other companies hiring for similar roles

Cons

Expect to work at least 15 hours of overtime a week. You may have to work on Saturdays and Sundays. They tell you every Thursday whether this is the case which makes it difficult to have plans with family on the weekend. They work with you if you are a good employee.
