Pros

The office building is nice...

Cons

The owners employ all of their children and they are all in upper/executive management whether they are qualified or not. If you have an idea or opinion that is different than any of the numerous Howards that work there, you are immediately labeled as a "trouble maker". There is no thinking outside of the box tolerated and everything in the box is whatever the Howards say. Employees and management are pitted against each other and sales reps are constantly reminded they are replaceable at a moments notice. The most disturbing thing however, is the pattern of hiring several minority employees at once for sales positions and then firing them for "lack of performance" a few months later - even though they were not given adequate training. And while no new employee is really given adequate training, it appears that they hire these people to meet some minority quota, set them up to fail and discharge them regardless of if they have a family to support or not. It is disgusting! (I myself am a white female and not the minority I am referring to) This company does not care about their employees and you will be better paid at McDonald's whether you have an education and years of experience or not.. Run! - don't walk away from this company and the horrible human beings that own it!

Pros

This is a generally stable company. There is possibility of advancement, but not often. Low pay with fair benefits.

Cons

If you should happen to be one of the few that advance, like me, you can be quickly replaced with a lower paid person so that the budget of your department can be balanced.

Pros

Great hours, no weekends.

Cons

Outbound cold calling, no warm leads. Sitting at desk all day trying to find numbers to call and getting in touch with the decision maker. No training or direction
