Pros

I have worked here for many years, and I have always received the utmost respect and support from Howard executives. It is a great, family-oriented corporation that values its employees and tries to create a healthy balance between work and family life for its employees. If you are willing to put in the effort and you have a good work ethic, then you will reap the benefits offered by this wonderful family owned company.

Lots of overtime. They also supply welders with most of the PPE needed

Cons

Lack of support from management. Little to no cross training. No room for advancement
