Pros

None really. There's a new building, I guess. Also, you are surrounded by other people in a cube farm suffering with the same stresses. Sales is an extremely high-pressure position and threats are made if one doesn't reach their targets.

Cons

Incompetent management, inferior product, non-compliance with customer orders. The pay is terrible, and this is justified by the insurance, which is admittedly nice, but there are other costs in life to factor in besides health insurance. One can't survive off the wage that is paid to sales staff.

Well packaged, destructive from the inside out.

Pros

Great benefits package and mostly enjoyable atmosphere.

Cons

Lack of communication between management>employees & management>owners. If someone doesn't like you, they'll force you out. Management is not truly interested in growing the Govenment/B2B Sector.
