Pros

None really. There's a new building, I guess. Also, you are surrounded by other people in a cube farm suffering with the same stresses. Sales is an extremely high-pressure position and threats are made if one doesn't reach their targets.

Cons

Incompetent management, inferior product, non-compliance with customer orders. The pay is terrible, and this is justified by the insurance, which is admittedly nice, but there are other costs in life to factor in besides health insurance. One can't survive off the wage that is paid to sales staff.

Pros

They are honest and upfront about benefits, pay, and such. Advancement is possible, but must be in right place, right time. Training and certifications are encouraged and paid for.

Cons

Pay is not on par with industry because area has little competition. Benefits (namely medical insurance)leave much to be desired and are costly for workers with families. Many workers are shown little to no respect and management often has the attitude of them being easily replaced cogs.
