the work is fairly easy

the pay is terrible they are too strict they don't have a worker's union benefits are expensive and don't help that much no room for improvement bad management toxic work environment only 4 paid holidays works more hours than their other plants, but is the least paid

Paycheck. Company provided cell phone.

Cons

Endless. But at end of the day, management is simply awful. It is amazing this company has gotten as far as they have. Mid level managers in the technology side are not experienced or qualified in any manner. Management overseeing AV division is laughable and is a laughingstock of company.
