Pros
Howard is a phenomenal setting to work. The campus, especially "the yard" is one of the most special places on a college campus in the entire nation. The students are some of the most driven I have ever had the pleasure of working with.
Cons
Howard University is determined to make everything you do as hard as possible. There is a lack of process and accountability for nearly every kind of administrative task even at departmental levels, creating favoritism, lack of proper deployment of resources, and multiple situations where students are continually let down.
