Pros

Families, students who are apart of the program. Senior staff.

Cons

Not much offer for professional development, or room to grow with the employer.

Pros

The distinguished student body and benefits are the best thing Howard offers. Incredible retirement, working parent friendly, great events, baked in vacation time. The students kept me going.

Cons

Toxic. Toxic. Toxic. I was amazed to find people who purposely held others back in a place of higher learning. There are too many people in positions that should not be there but allowed to stay and move up because there are no administrative checks and balances. Then those people bring in other incompetent people and the cycle continues.
