Pros

The university is a highly prestigious and historical institution. The student body, staff, and alumni are superb.

Cons

As much as I love the university, the internal communication and management is awful. Faculty and staff use dated technology, issues on campus are poorly disseminated to upper level management, and some staffers fail to have basic customer service skills.

Relaxed and friendly environment, no doubt about that. Coworkers were amenable and easy to get along with most of the time.

Cons

Sometimes the work load was more than what the small staff was able to handle at a particular time, but we did our best to manage despite these circumstances.
