Excellent company ownership structure, very much somewhere you feel you are making a difference, great colleagues with high levels of opportunity for progression, lots of credible colleagues and good management structure.

Cons

Everyone has to be committed to the business and put in a lot of effort, it has become a lot slower due to its size and M&A work
