Our Early Careers programme is a three-year structured learning and development experience designed to equip emerging talent with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed. It blends on-the-job experience, with obtaining professional qualifications, utilising the apprenticeship framework. This model allows our cohorts to gain practical experience while working towards a recognised qualification. By applying learning to real-world scenarios, you can effectively demonstrate experience and solidify knowledge. Our commitment to professional development extends beyond the Early Careers Programme. We offer a wide range of opportunities. For example, apprentices can be at almost any career stage and can acquire qualifications up to and including master’s level (Level 7). This supports our belief in fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
