Aston lark is a fantastic team to be part of bur their on boarding and work load is fast paced. You must be prepared for the high standards but there is a management/leadership that's unrivalled and that's one of the biggest motivations.

Cons

Sometimes the workloads and deadlines are unrealistic

Nice offices, big ideas and some good people.

Cons

Grown too big, too quickly and lack the back-office functionality to support the sales process, at least in my area, which was EB corporate consulting. Didn't understand what we do when they bought us and still didn't when I left. Profess to be a people first company, but that's the usual corporate BS. If you're thinking of joining my old team, take a lifejacket and keep a sharp eye out for the approaching iceberg!
