Too much sales pressure, and pool logistics / supply chain management system, all branch use their different ERP system.

I’ve worked here for 2 years now and it just keeps getting better! Loads of opportunities and amazing positive management. We are such a special branch of A-Plan. No office politics or nasty staff. We all get on like a house on fire, and you are guaranteed to be laughing every day in the office! Amazing opportunities for progression with such a massive company. You can really be moulded into whatever person or role that you want.

Cons

If you mind working every other Saturday morning it might be a challenge but for me it’s fine as it’s worth it with such an amazing team.
