Pros

A team environment where everyone works together to achieve. If you work hard then plenty of recognition with opportunities to progress your career. Great work/ Life balance with the amount of hours worked each week recently reduced! The company continues to grow and evolve which makes it exciting for all involved.

Cons

Saturday morning working but on a rota and only 3 hours (9am-12) so not the end of the world.
