The salary and company benefits are good in comparison with other industries. Friendly work colleagues and have enjoyed some great group social events

Cons

The management is poor, both locally and centrally, they don't seem to have any people management skills. Expected to go above and beyond for little or no reward

You will learn a lot about mortgages in Ireland biggest mortgage brokers

Cons

Be prepared to work long hours, skip lunch breaks and struggle to stay on top on your workload. No flexibility around working hours. High stress levels will make it hard to sleep at night. Commission targets are set very high. High turn over of staff. Management will add to the pressure by micro managing you.
