People seem nice but can be fake, a lot of gossip around. People are either promoted if they stay long enough or if they can sweet talk and look good, but may not have substance or proper management skills. Hidden politics in play, no secrecy on confidential matters and info spreads around like someone's personal data. Young people with access to sensitive data = no secrets. I see people chased out and badmouthed, but those that stay get credit for the work the leaver did which is ironic, especially if they say the leaver is useless.

Uselss manager with no real role or impact, would urge new staff to leave the desk every hour or so, yet told me to stop going for cigarettes when I went for 2 a day (one before lunch before after), then would do rounds around the office trapping other people in the most boring conversation for half an hour a time
