Nice office, helpful employees, work from home

Cons

The systems used are very old which causes backlog and a lot of overworking, often you would see people not taking lunches. When I asked for more training I was told there is not enough time to retrain me so instead I was just let go. They can talk the talk but not walk the walk. New starters are told to go on walks but then once established are told it is wasting company time. Managers are kept on despite all of their staff criticising and without a clue what they even do for the team. Was a disappointing and stressful experience

The manager has been here too long and has a terrible management style. Needs to retire. Also it is now pretty much a call centre environment which is high pressure, cut throat, and all about thebprofit
