Dated scripts for new business and renewal - found work was made to be more tedious than it had to be. Ultimately suited to extroverted types.

This role was like a glorified call centre. You were selling products priced far above alternatives and forced into hitting unrealistic sales targets. Interest in wider industry discouraged, movement within the company happens when someone above leaves and never any time else. Support minimal and the managers hold their roles due to pure tenure and very little else Also - full time in office with Saturdays worked
